THERESA LOBDELL

Theresa is a Commercial Realtor and has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. She started her real estate career in New York city and moved to Cary North Carolina in 1999. She has extensive knowledge in residential real estate transaction but she specializes in commercial sales, leasing, property management and real estate investment analysis.

Theresa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and has completed courses on Real Estate Management, Commercial Real Estate Accounting and Financial Calculations. She’s also completed a Real Estate Appraisal program and passed the licensure exam to understand full well how to evaluate properties and maximize their return. Her education, along with many years of real estate experience has given her a creative, problem solving, and analytic mind. Her strong desire to raise the bar in real estate competence and professionalism is the reason why she decided to be a real estate instructor.

Her style of teaching focuses on practical application and bringing humor to the classroom. She believes that humor relaxes the students and helps them cope with any stress they may be feeling about the content. She strives to get the students excited about learning and encourages them to be their best in whatever they do.
