ASHLEY PATTERSON
The Aha! Instructor
Ashley is a North Carolina native, raised in Gaston County. After 15 years in Charlotte, she traded city life for the coast and now calls Carolina Beach home. When she isn’t teaching, you can usually find her walking the beach, planning her next trip, or spending time with her dogs, Penny and Lucas.

Ashley has been a North Carolina real estate broker since 2016, is an NCREC-approved instructor, and is recognized as a Gold Standard Instructor by the Real Estate Educators Association. Her love of teaching traces back to childhood, when she spent hours playing “teacher.” Today, she is grateful to be living out that dream. She loves creating those “aha!” moments when a challenging concept finally clicks - an approach that inspired her alter ego, the Real Estate Exam Detective, who teaches students to investigate exam scenarios. Above all, Ashley wants her students to leave the classroom feeling capable, confident, and prepared for what comes next.
