NICOLE MERCER

Nicolle has been a North Carolina resident for over 25 years, and has done life in Durham for the majority of those years. Together with her husband and Move With Mercer, Inc. business partner, Robert, they are raising their awesome sons Nicholas and Jackson in the Bull City. She loves to throw a party and whether it’s coordinating a 350-person neighborhood Oktoberfest or having a few friends over for evening cocktails – she can make you feel at home in no time.

Nicolle is starting her seventh year practicing residential real estate in The Triangle and is also a Certified Instructor of Real Estate in North Carolina. She brings these real-world and classroom experiences to help guide clients and students through the intricate process of home selling and buying. Holding a Master’s Degree in Interpersonal Communication – along with her twelve years in student housing sales & marketing – gives Nicolle the keen ability to help her clients and students reach their real estate goals. One of the most rewarding aspects of her professional career is helping other real estate professionals to further their careers in real estate by way of teaching pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education courses.
